This is the Meta Group Discord Bot Service official Privacy Policy. This document is owned and created by the team of Meta Group. All information and rules are owned by Meta Group.

Meta development team values your privacy policy. We respect your
privacy and comply with any applicable law to keep the information we
collect about you safe.
What is Personal Information:
Personal information is information about you which can be used to
identify you such as name, address, location, date of birth and how
you use Meta Bot Services. Meta Bot Services might contain third party
site links that have their own privacy policy. Meta is not responsible
for third party privacy problems that come from third party
applications / websites, etc...
Meta Bot Team has full control over this Privacy Policy and can change
it any time when it's needed.
All changes will take effect immediately from date of publication.
By accepting Meta Bot Terms of Service, you will also agree to Meta Bot Terms of Service.

Meta Bot Services do not collect any personal information from customer automatically. Meta Bot Services collect info about customer's Discord account's ID, name, profile picture, status and activity and User-Generated Content.
We consider “user-generated content” to be materials (text, image and/or video content) voluntarily supplied to us by our users for the purpose of publication on our website or re-publishing on our social media channels. All user-generated content is associated with the account or email address used to submit the materials.
2.1) Meta Bot Services has the right to save and store information about customers account, such as name, ID etc...
2.2) Meta Bot Services can use customers information on their products, services & in media.
2.3) Meta Bot Services can save, store and use the content that your account has provided publicly.
Meta Group only collects personal information about customers when Meta Group or a customer wants contact with Meta Group.
Please be aware that any content you submit for the purpose of publication will be public after posting (and subsequent review or vetting process). Once published, it may be accessible to third parties not covered under this privacy policy.
To respect customers privacy, Meta Bot Services will make sure to only collect customers information / customers Discord server information when Meta Group has a legitimate reason for doing so.
All information that Meta Group collects about customer / customers Discord server will be used to provide Meta Services to customer and is enough to provide the full service.
We do not collect information about customer that does not use in our Services.
3.1) Meta Group has the right to use customers data while the customer is using Meta Bot Services.
3.2) All data stored and collected is used wisely and for a reason.
3.3) Meta Bot Services can use the customers data to improve their services.
When we collect and process personal information, and while we retain this information, we will protect it within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or any kind of modification.
4.1) Meta Bot Services can use your Data to learn user behaviour, actions and collect logs from the Discord server to collect information for improving Meta Bot Services.
Although we will do our best to protect the personal information our customers provide to us, we advise that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and no one can guarantee absolute data security.
4.2) The customer who uses Meta Bot Services, uses the Service at their own risk.
4.3) Incase of a data leak, Meta Bot Service does not take responsibility of the cause of the leak, if the leak was not on behalf of the Meta Bot Service & Meta Group.
The customer is responsible for selecting any information, how sensitive it is and it's overall security strengths, ensuring the security of your own information within the bounds of our services.
4.4) Meta Bot Service and Meta Group will not modify customer's data for testing purposes.
4.5) Meta Bot Service and Meta Group has the right to modify data information for security reasons or for bug fixes.
4.6) Meta Group Support representative has the right to modify customer information and data for assistance reasons.
By agreeing to our Privacy Policy, you agree and allow Meta Bot Services to hold your data as long as we need it.
Generally, the information and data about customer or about customer's server is held for the periode when the customer is using Meta Bot Services.
5.1) Meta Group can hold customer data and information for an unlimited amount of time, if there is a reasonable cause.
5.2) Data collection about customers server starts once the server has started using Meta Bot Services.
5.3) Data about a customer server will be deleted from the database once the server is not using Meta Bot Services.
Where we assess it is necessary for our legitimate interests, such
as for us to provide, operate, improve and communicate our services.
We consider our legitimate interests to include research and
development, understanding our audience, marketing and promoting our
services, measures taken to operate our services efficiently,
marketing analysis, and measures taken to protect our legal rights
and interests.
If you believe that any information we hold about you is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant, or misleading, please contact us using the details provided in this privacy policy.
We will take reasonable steps to correct any information found to be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or out of date.
6.1) Meta Group has the right to deny the request to update any information, if there is a reasonable cause. The cause for the denial can not be shared with the customer if the information or reason contains sensitive information.

Please be aware that we have no control over the content and policies of those sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy practices. 7.1) Meta Group nor Meta Bot Services is not responsible or liable for any third party website policies or terms, even if the third party site or application is connected with Meta Bot Services. 7.2) Meta Bot Services do not take responsibility when a third party application or site that was connected to Meta Bot Services experienced a event that caused harm to Meta Bot Service customers.
